As someone who is busy, there will be competing priorities but I have realized that only the things we prioritize get done.
As a busy mom who is growing her business and with a toddler all day, I realized that my self-care has taken the back burner, but a way that I am changing that is by adding self-care into my schedule. If I can fit it in my calendar then it gets done.
To take care of myself, I schedule my self-care activities to coincide with my child’s nap time. During this period, I can enjoy a facial, soak in the tub, or engage in any other self-care activity that rejuvenates my soul. This is not just a luxury, but it is a necessity for your well-being.

Create a morning routine that allows for a calm and organized start to the day. The way you start your morning sets the tone for the entire day. Craft a morning routine that promotes tranquility and organization.

Please note that this can be difficult if you aren’t also going to bed at a reasonable time. A morning routine that works also coincides with a good night’s rest.

Team Family: Recognize that you don’t have to do it all alone. We may wear the cape of super moms but we are not superhumans.
